Michael is a clinical psychologist who helps adults develop rich and meaningful lives while navigating psychological difficulties. He offers a warm, collaborative, and practical therapy space tailored to each person’s needs.

Michael works with concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, low self-worth, relationship difficulties, and shame-based patterns often linked with chronic mental health difficulties.

He also provides couples therapy, helping partners improve communication, navigate conflict, rebuild trust, and strengthen emotional connection. His approach draws on Schema Therapy, CBT, ACT, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and other evidence-based approaches.

Michael has experience across hospital, community, university, and private practice settings, and also provides supervision for provisional psychologists and early-career clinicians.
